Our Process
We’ve designed a simple and personalized three-step process to guide you toward lasting wellness
Step 1 The Initial Consultation
This is typically a one-hour and 15-minute session. We'll spend time together discussing your health history, family history, your symptoms, and your goals. My job is to listen carefully and ask questions that help us piece together your unique health story.
Step 2 Your Personalized Plan
Based on our consultation and any recommended lab work, we will create a tailored wellness plan for you. This roadmap initially combines dietary recommendations, targeted supplements, and methods for mitigating daily stress. When appropriate for you, we will also include suggestions for exercise and sleep.
Step 3 Ongoing Support
The journey to health is not a straight line. We’ll meet regularly for follow-up sessions to discuss your progress, celebrate your wins, and make adjustments to your plan as needed. My commitment is to provide consistent guidance and encouragement as you move toward your goals.
